Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp. toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. peanut butter
- 3/4 lb. fresh green beans
Method
- Steam green beans briefly just to soften a little.
- Drain. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, garlic, sesame seeds, brown sugar and peanut butter.
- While pan is still warm, add sauce and warm thoroughly.
- Add green beans and toss to coat.
- Yields 2 servings.
