Ingredients
- 4 small boneless chicken breasts
- 4 slices bacon
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 4 kaiser rolls, sliced
- 4 slices Cheddar cheese
- 4 tomato slices
- 4 lettuce leaves
Method
- Place each chicken breast between 2 pieces of wax paper. Pound chicken until about 1/4-inch thick; set aside.
- Fry bacon until crisp; remove and drain.
- Reserve 1 tablespoon of drippings to cook chicken in for 6 to 8 minutes.
- Combine mayonnaise and mustard; blend well.
- Spread mayonnaise mixture on cut sides of rolls.
- Take bottom half of each roll and put on chicken breast, 1 slice cooked bacon, 1 tomato slice and 1 lettuce leaf.
- Cover each with top half.
