Ingredients

  • 4 small boneless chicken breasts
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • 4 kaiser rolls, sliced
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 4 tomato slices
  • 4 lettuce leaves

Method

  • Place each chicken breast between 2 pieces of wax paper. Pound chicken until about 1/4-inch thick; set aside.
  • Fry bacon until crisp; remove and drain.
  • Reserve 1 tablespoon of drippings to cook chicken in for 6 to 8 minutes.
  • Combine mayonnaise and mustard; blend well.
  • Spread mayonnaise mixture on cut sides of rolls.
  • Take bottom half of each roll and put on chicken breast, 1 slice cooked bacon, 1 tomato slice and 1 lettuce leaf.
  • Cover each with top half.
