Ingredients

  • 2 lb. chicken cutlets
  • flour to coat
  • oil to saute
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/2 can mushrooms
  • 1 1/2 cans beef broth
  • 1/2 stick butter or margarine
  • 1/2 c. wine

Method

  • Cut chicken into cubes.
  • Flour and saute for 10 minutes or until done.
  • Remove from pan and place in baking dish.
  • Cut onions and mushrooms and add to same pan.
  • Saute until tender and layer over chicken.
  • In same pan add broth, butter and wine.
  • Bring to boil and pour over chicken.
  • Bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve over rice.
  • Serves 4 to 6.
