Ingredients
- 2 lb. chicken cutlets
- flour to coat
- oil to saute
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 can mushrooms
- 1 1/2 cans beef broth
- 1/2 stick butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. wine
Method
- Cut chicken into cubes.
- Flour and saute for 10 minutes or until done.
- Remove from pan and place in baking dish.
- Cut onions and mushrooms and add to same pan.
- Saute until tender and layer over chicken.
- In same pan add broth, butter and wine.
- Bring to boil and pour over chicken.
- Bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve over rice.
- Serves 4 to 6.
