Ingredients
- 4 to 6 pieces chicken
- 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower, thawed
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 can Durkee French fried onions
Method
- Cook chicken (breasts or thighs) ahead and debone.
- Place in dish that has been sprayed with Pam or butter.
- Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper and 1/2 can of fried onions.
- Pour into dish with chicken.
- Bake, covered, at 350° for 30 minutes.
- Top with remaining cheese and onions and bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
