Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 pieces chicken
  • 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower, thawed
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 can Durkee French fried onions

Method

  • Cook chicken (breasts or thighs) ahead and debone.
  • Place in dish that has been sprayed with Pam or butter.
  • Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper and 1/2 can of fried onions.
  • Pour into dish with chicken.
  • Bake, covered, at 350° for 30 minutes.
  • Top with remaining cheese and onions and bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
