Ingredients
- 1 c. white rice
- chicken pieces
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup or 1 can cream of chicken and 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 c. water
Method
- Put uncooked white rice in the bottom of a roasting pan or deep baking dish.
- Place chopped onion on top.
- Add 1 cup of water.
- Arrange chicken pieces on top of rice and pour cans of soup over chicken.
- Bake in 350° oven until chicken is tender, about 1 hour.
