Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
  • 1/2 onion (optional)
  • 1 doz. flour tortillas
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (16 oz) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (10 oz.) can Old El Paso enchilada sauce
  • sour cream

Method

  • Brown hamburger and onion.
  • Drain.
  • Mix the 2 cheeses together.
  • Set aside.
  • Put 1/2 cup browned meat in tortilla.
  • Add 1/3 cup cheese.
  • Roll tortilla and hold it closed with a toothpick.
  • Set in cake pan.
  • Pour enchilada sauce over the top. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  • Place in 350° oven for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  • Serve topped with sour cream.
