Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 3 cans soup (any combination: cream of mushroom, celery, chicken, onion)
- 3/4 c. water
- 6 skinless chicken breasts
Method
- Combine rice, soup and water.
- Pour into a greased 10 x 13-inch pan.
- Salt and pepper chicken breast; place on top of rice mixture.
- Seal tightly with foil.
- Bake 2 to 2 1/2 hours at 325°.
