Ingredients
- 5 c. carrots, cut in 1-inch pieces
- 1 medium onion
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
Method
- Cook carrots until tender and cool.
- Combine sugar and tomato soup and add prepared mustard, salad oil, vinegar and salt.
- Pour over carrots, onion and pepper.
- Marinate 12 hours.
- Drain and serve.
