Ingredients
- 6 to 8 pieces chicken (thighs, legs or breasts), skinned
- sliced carrots as desired
- sliced potatoes as desired
- sliced onion as desired
- sliced peppers as desired
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp. chopped garlic
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 1 1/2 c. rice
Method
- Place chicken in crock-pot.
- Add vegetables.
- Add salt, pepper, garlic and chicken broth; slow cook until tender.
- Add rice and cook until rice is done.
- This dish can be removed from crock-pot when done, placed in Pyrex dish and browned.
