Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 pieces chicken (thighs, legs or breasts), skinned
  • sliced carrots as desired
  • sliced potatoes as desired
  • sliced onion as desired
  • sliced peppers as desired
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. chopped garlic
  • 2 cans chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 c. rice

Method

  • Place chicken in crock-pot.
  • Add vegetables.
  • Add salt, pepper, garlic and chicken broth; slow cook until tender.
  • Add rice and cook until rice is done.
  • This dish can be removed from crock-pot when done, placed in Pyrex dish and browned.
