Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken, boiled and boned
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 3 chicken bouillon cubes
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 c. instant rice
  • 1 can sliced carrots
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 or 3 c. water

Method

  • Mix cream of chicken soup, bouillon cubes, water and seasoning together.
  • Pour mixture over chicken, celery, carrots and onion in crock-pot, making sure all is covered in liquid.
  • Cook on high for 4 hours or 8 to 10 hours on low. Add instant rice 30 minutes before serving.
