Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken, boiled and boned
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 3 chicken bouillon cubes
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 c. instant rice
- 1 can sliced carrots
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 or 3 c. water
Method
- Mix cream of chicken soup, bouillon cubes, water and seasoning together.
- Pour mixture over chicken, celery, carrots and onion in crock-pot, making sure all is covered in liquid.
- Cook on high for 4 hours or 8 to 10 hours on low. Add instant rice 30 minutes before serving.
