Ingredients
- 1 German chocolate cake mix
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 c. flaked coconut
Method
- Heavily butter the bottom of pan.
- Sprinkle coconut and nuts in bottom.
- Mix cake mix as directed and pour over nuts and coconut.
- Melt cream cheese and oleo in microwave for approximately 2 minutes.
- Blend in powdered sugar until smooth and pour over cake mix.
- Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 150°.
- Cool 15 to 20 minutes before removing from pan.
