Ingredients
- 10 to 12 pieces chicken
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 2 large onions, sliced
- 2 (10 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. water
- 2 tsp. poultry seasoning
- salt and pepper
Method
- Spread rice over bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
- Arrange onion slices over rice.
- Combine soup, water and seasonings.
- Mix well and pour over rice and onions.
- Place chicken pieces on top, evenly spaced, skin side up.
- Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
