Ingredients

  • 4 egg whites or 4 egg substitute
  • 13 cup oatmeal
  • 1 banana
  • Pam cooking spray

Method

  • Mix egg whites, oatmeal, and banana in a blender.
  • Spray a 6-inch teflon pan with cooking spray and place on low/medium heat.
  • Pour mixture in pan, cover, and cook approximately 4-5 minutes.
  • Flip pancake over with a spatula and cook approximately 1-2 more minutes or until inside of the pancake is cooked.
  • Top your pancake with a lite flavored yogurt, sugar free syrup or a low sugar jam.
  • If pancake is too moist, use on 1/2 banana in the recipe.
