Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. milk plus 2 Tbsp.
Method
- Mix dry ingredients in bowl.
- Blend in remaining ingredients. Knead.
- Roll on floured dough board real thin.
- Dry about 2 hours. Drop in boiling broth with chicken, removed of skin and deboned. Makes 4 servings.
