Ingredients
- 4 large chicken breasts or 1 fryer
- 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. corn bread stuffing mix
- 1/2 c. oleo, melted
Method
- Cook chicken until tender.
- Remove from bone.
- Reserve broth. You will need 2 2/3 cups broth.
- Combine chicken soup with 1/2 the broth.
- Mix well and set aside.
