Ingredients

  • 5 whole Ears Of Corn, Husked
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter, Salted And Semi-cold
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1/2 whole Lime, Juiced And Zested
  • 1 dash Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • Lime Wedges, Optional Garnish

Method

  • While the grill is preheating to medium-low heat, use a fork to combine all of the ingredients, except the corn.
  • Then with a knife, smear the butter mixture onto each ear of corn, being sure to cover the entire ear of corn.
  • Set them on the hot grill, put the cover on the grill, and cook on low-medium heat for about 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through.
  • Squeeze a lime over the top and serve it hot!
