Ingredients
- 5 whole Ears Of Corn, Husked
- 3 Tablespoons Butter, Salted And Semi-cold
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1/2 whole Lime, Juiced And Zested
- 1 dash Salt And Pepper, to taste
- Lime Wedges, Optional Garnish
Method
- While the grill is preheating to medium-low heat, use a fork to combine all of the ingredients, except the corn.
- Then with a knife, smear the butter mixture onto each ear of corn, being sure to cover the entire ear of corn.
- Set them on the hot grill, put the cover on the grill, and cook on low-medium heat for about 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Squeeze a lime over the top and serve it hot!
