Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) can Italian-style green beans, drained
- 1 small onion, diced
- salt to taste
- 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can Italian stewed tomatoes
- 2/3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Method
- Place beans in lightly greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle onion over beans; arrange tomatoes evenly over onion. Bake,
- uncovered,
- in
- a 350° oven for 30 minutes.
- Add cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Serve immediately.
- Makes about 4 servings.
