Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 lb. lean ground chicken
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1-1/4 cups KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided
  • 1 jar (16 oz.) TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Salsa, divided
  • 10 flour tortillas (8 inch)

Method

  • Heat oven to 350F.
  • Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  • Add chicken, onions and cumin; cook and stir 6 min.
  • or until chicken is done.
  • Stir in 3/4 cup cheese and 1/2 cup salsa.
  • Spread 1 cup salsa onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Spoon 1/4 cup chicken mixture down center of each tortilla; roll up.
  • Place tortillas, seam-sides down, in prepared dish.
  • Top with remaining salsa and cheese.
  • Bake 20 min.
  • or until heated through.
