Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 lb. lean ground chicken
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
- 1-1/4 cups KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided
- 1 jar (16 oz.) TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Salsa, divided
- 10 flour tortillas (8 inch)
Method
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add chicken, onions and cumin; cook and stir 6 min.
- or until chicken is done.
- Stir in 3/4 cup cheese and 1/2 cup salsa.
- Spread 1 cup salsa onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Spoon 1/4 cup chicken mixture down center of each tortilla; roll up.
- Place tortillas, seam-sides down, in prepared dish.
- Top with remaining salsa and cheese.
- Bake 20 min.
- or until heated through.
