Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) can peeled apricots
- 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 2 pkg. orange-pineapple Jell-O
- 2 c. Cool Whip
- cheddar cheese, grated
Method
- Drain juice from fruit and set aside.
- Dissolve Jell-O in 2 cups boiling water, add fruit. Pour mixture into oblong dish and chill.
- Spread on topping and sprinkle cheese on top.
