Ingredients
- 1 qt. cherries
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- about 20 graham crackers
- 2 or 3 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
Method
- You will need 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Make a crust of graham crackers.
- Crush crackers.
- Add butter or margarine.
- Line bottom and sides of pan saving some for top.
- Boil cherries, then mix cornstarch, sugar and eggs.
- Add to cherries and boil until thick. Serve plain or add a dab of whipped cream or ice cream.
