Ingredients
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 4 eggs
Method
- Crust:
- Reserve 1 cup dry mix.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine remaining mix, 1 egg and oil.
- Mix up real good with spoon and hand spread evenly on bottom and half up the side on a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
