Ingredients
- 1 regular pkg. lime jello
- 1 small (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 small carton cottage cheese
- 1/3 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Dissolve jello in 1 cup boiling water; add 7 to 10 ice cubes. Remove when jello thickens.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Chill for 3 to 4 hours before serving.
