Ingredients
- 1 c. pitted dark sweet cherries, drained and reserved
- 1/4 c. syrup
- 1/4 c. rum
- 3/4 c. currant jelly
- 1 tsp. grated orange peel
- 1/4 c. brandy
- vanilla ice cream
Method
- Combine syrup and rum.
- Pour over reserved cherries and refrigerate for 4 hours.
