Ingredients

  • 3 qt. onions, thinly sliced
  • 3 qt. bell peppers, cut into thin strips
  • 3 qt. Canned sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 3 cups chicken broth or water
  • 96 slices smoked turkey, thinly sliced (1 oz. each)
  • 48 slices OSCAR MAYER Turkey Bacon (18 to 22 count), cooked, crumbled
  • 48 slices LOUIS RICH Turkey Bacon
  • 48 rolls Whole grain submarine rolls, warmed, split
  • - PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened

Method

  • Cook onions, peppers and mushrooms in broth until tender.
  • Add turkey; cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in bacon.
  • For each serving: Spread cut surfaces of roll with 2 Tbsp.
  • cream cheese; fill with 3/4 cup turkey mixture.
