Ingredients
- 1 quart whole milk
- 12 cup uncooked white rice
- 14 cup sugar
- 14 teaspoon cardamom
- pistachios or raisins or almonds
Method
- In a medium saucepan combine all ingredients and bring to a boil.
- Lower heat to medium and cook, stirring constantly until desired consistency.
- Can be served warm or cold.
- Will thicken slightly when cooled.
