Ingredients
- 8 large potatoes
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 2 rolls jalapeno cheese and garlic cheese
- onion
Method
- Boil potatoes in jackets in salty water until tender.
- Peel and slice.
- Layer the potatoes, onion and 1/2 cheese mixture. Repeat.
- Bake until bubbly brown, about 20 minutes, at 350°.
