Ingredients
- 4 medium size potatoes, chunked
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/4 c. milk
- 4 slices American cheese
Method
- Cook potatoes and onion in enough water to cover them until tender.
- Add remainder of ingredients; stir until cheese melts and soup thickens slightly.
