Ingredients
- 1 1/3 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. lemon extract
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Method
- Combine sugar and flour, mixing well.
- Add eggs, butter and buttermilk; beat well.
- Stir in flavorings.
- Pour into pastry shell.
- Bake at 400° for 10 minutes.
- Reduce heat and bake at 325° for 30 to 35 minutes.
