Ingredients

  • 1/2 pounds Thinly Sliced Deli Roast Beef
  • 1/4 cups Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 whole Small Onion
  • 1 whole Small Green Bell Pepper
  • 2 whole Hoagie Buns, Split
  • Garlic Powder, To Taste
  • Italian Cheese, To Taste

Method

  • Combine roast beef and Italian dressing in a pan, simmer on medium heat until heated through.
  • Meanwhile, in a separate pan, melt butter; add onions and peppers, saute until translucent and browned.
  • Split hoagies and top with roast beef, onions and peppers.
  • Sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian cheese (to taste).
  • Broil till golden brown and cheese is melted.
