Ingredients
- 1 (5 oz.) jar Old English sharp pasteurized process cheese spread
- 2 eggs, separated
- 2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 4 c. hot mashed potatoes
Method
- Add process cheese spread, egg yolks, pimiento and parsley to potatoes; mix well.
- Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
- Pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
- Bake at 350° for 55 minutes.
- Makes 6 to 8 servings.
