Ingredients
- 8 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
- 1 (16 oz.) box Cheez-Its or Cheese Nips, crushed
- garlic salt
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 stick butter, melted
Method
- Pound boned and skinned chicken breasts with mallet until flattened.
- Slather the pounded breasts with sour cream on both sides, then sprinkle on side with garlic salt.
- Coat them with crushed Cheez-Its.
- Roll up in jelly roll fashion and place, seam side down, in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Drizzle with melted margarine.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
