- 10 lb. ground beef or beef and pork mixed
- 1 gallon tomato sauce
- 6 lb. onions, chopped
- 1 bunch celery, chopped
- 3 bell peppers, chopped
- 2 bunches shallots
- 3 cups flour
- 3 cups cooking oil
- 1 bunch parsley
- 2 bottles Mexene chili powder
Method
- Use a 20-qt pot or larger.
- Dissolve ground meat with about 2 qt. water to separate and brown.
- Add tomato sauce and bring to a boil.
