Ingredients

  • 110 grams butter
  • 225 grams sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 170 grams self raising flour
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder
  • 120 grams milk
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 apples
  • 200 grams cream cheese
  • 100 grams butter
  • 250 grams confectioner's sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 sprinkles
  • 1 whipped cream

Method

  • Preheat oven to 180 C.
  • Melt butter.
  • Cream to together butter and sugar.
  • Add all the other ingredients and mix well.
  • Do not add the apples yet.
  • Peel the apples and cut in small pieces.
  • Add to the mixture now and mix with a spoon gently.
  • Bake for 20 - 25 minutes.
  • Beat together frosting ingredients.
  • Frost cake when it's still warm.
  • Decorate with whipped cream and sprinkles if you want to.
