Ingredients
- 3 cans sliced carrots (can use fresh, cooked)
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- 1 stick butter
- 3 slices bread (1 slice per can)
Method
- Melt 1 stick butter and cheese (separately) in microwave; drain carrots and add to cheese in 1-quart casserole.
- Crumble bread into the melted butter.
- Sprinkle bread over carrots.
- Bake at 350° until bubbly.
