Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower
  • 1 pkg. bacon
  • 2 Tbsp. bacon grease
  • 3 small tubs sour cream
  • 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed

Method

  • Steam cauliflower until tender.
  • Fry bacon until crisp, then crumble.
  • Mix bacon grease into each carton sour cream.
  • Using a very large, deep casserole dish or dividing in two layers in the following order:
  • cauliflower, bacon, sour cream and cheeses. Continue to layer until everything is used.
  • Bake at 350° until the cheese is melted throughout.
