Ingredients
- 1 large head cauliflower
- 1 pkg. bacon
- 2 Tbsp. bacon grease
- 3 small tubs sour cream
- 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Method
- Steam cauliflower until tender.
- Fry bacon until crisp, then crumble.
- Mix bacon grease into each carton sour cream.
- Using a very large, deep casserole dish or dividing in two layers in the following order:
- cauliflower, bacon, sour cream and cheeses. Continue to layer until everything is used.
- Bake at 350° until the cheese is melted throughout.
