Ingredients

  • head cauliflower
  • cheese (cheddar, jack, etc.)
  • mayonaise
  • mustard (yellow, spicy, etc.)

Method

  • steam cauliflower,leaving head intact.
  • preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • while cauliflower is steaming; mix 1 cup mayo with
  • 1/2 cup mustard (sauce should be tangy, but not overpowered by the mustard, you want a nice light yellow color.)
  • shred 8oz block of cheese.
  • when cauliflower is steamed, transfer intact head to glass or lined baking dish. cover cauliflower in mustard/mayo sauce.
  • top with shredded cheese.
  • bake uncovered, untill sheese is melted (apx. 15min)
  • quarter and enjoy.
