Ingredients
- head cauliflower
- cheese (cheddar, jack, etc.)
- mayonaise
- mustard (yellow, spicy, etc.)
Method
- steam cauliflower,leaving head intact.
- preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- while cauliflower is steaming; mix 1 cup mayo with
- 1/2 cup mustard (sauce should be tangy, but not overpowered by the mustard, you want a nice light yellow color.)
- shred 8oz block of cheese.
- when cauliflower is steamed, transfer intact head to glass or lined baking dish. cover cauliflower in mustard/mayo sauce.
- top with shredded cheese.
- bake uncovered, untill sheese is melted (apx. 15min)
- quarter and enjoy.
