Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 2 c. milk
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. cooked carrots
- 1 c. cooked celery, cut in small pieces
- 1 c. cooked potato, diced
- 1 1/4 c. cooked fresh peas (or one 1 lb. can)
- 1 (13 oz.) can tuna, flaked
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Melt butter; add flour and cook 2 minutes.
- Add milk slowly, stirring constantly until thickened.
- Add all other ingredients. Put in buttered baking dish and cover with baking powder biscuit dough.
- Bake 20 minutes at 375°.
- Makes 6 servings.
