Ingredients

  • 3 lb. Yukon gold potatoes (about 12), cubed
  • 1 sweet onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup peanut oil
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Method

  • Heat oven to 350F.
  • Combine potatoes, onions, basil and oil in 13x9-inch baking dish; cover.
  • Bake 30 min.
  • or just until potatoes are tender.
  • Stir in barbecue sauce.
  • Sprinkle with cheese; bake, uncovered, 10 min.
  • or until potatoes are tender and cheese is melted.
