Ingredients
- 3 lb. Yukon gold potatoes (about 12), cubed
- 1 sweet onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 cup peanut oil
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Method
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Combine potatoes, onions, basil and oil in 13x9-inch baking dish; cover.
- Bake 30 min.
- or just until potatoes are tender.
- Stir in barbecue sauce.
- Sprinkle with cheese; bake, uncovered, 10 min.
- or until potatoes are tender and cheese is melted.
