Ingredients
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
- 1/4 c. butter
- 3 stalks celery, sliced
- 3 to 4 c. cooked wild rice
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
Method
- In skillet, saute pecans in butter until lightly toasted. Add celery and saute about 3 minutes longer. Add rice, parsley and garlic salt. Cook until heated through, stirring constantly.
