Ingredients
- 2 cucumbers, peeled and sliced thin
- 12 green pepper, diced
- 12 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons red onions, diced
- 2 -3 tablespoons sesame oil
- 4 -6 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
Method
- Add vegetables to a tupperware container.
- Add oil and vinegar according to your taste(Water from cucumbers will make more "dressing when marinating so keep in mind when measuring your oil and vinegar).
- Seal with lid.
- Refridgerate at least one hour before serving.
- I sometimes add a few sunflower seeds right before eating.
