Ingredients

  • 2 cucumbers, peeled and sliced thin
  • 12 green pepper, diced
  • 12 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons red onions, diced
  • 2 -3 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 4 -6 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar

Method

  • Add vegetables to a tupperware container.
  • Add oil and vinegar according to your taste(Water from cucumbers will make more "dressing when marinating so keep in mind when measuring your oil and vinegar).
  • Seal with lid.
  • Refridgerate at least one hour before serving.
  • I sometimes add a few sunflower seeds right before eating.
