Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 pt. heavy whipping cream
  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 1 to 1 1/2 c. fresh strawberries, sliced (optional)

Method

  • Combine first 3 ingredients in bowl with mixer until smooth. Whip heavy whipping cream in a separate bowl.
  • Fold whipping cream into cream cheese mixture until mixed through.
  • Pour mixture into graham cracker crust and place sliced fresh strawberries (if desired) on the top.
  • Chill for at least 2 hours.
  • Serves 8.
