Ingredients
- 3 c. whole or frozen cranberries
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 1/3 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1 c. heavy cream
Method
- Chop cranberries; add sugar.
- Chill for 2 hours.
- Add marshmallows, pineapple and nuts.
- Whip cream and fold into cranberry mixture.
- Refrigerate or freeze.
- Yields 6 to 8 servings.
