Ingredients
- 4 c. water
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1 medium onion
- 4 tsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 4 c. milk
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese soup
- 1 stick butter
- 1 large jar Cheez Whiz
- 1 tsp. pepper
Method
- Put water, celery and potatoes in large pot; boil 5 minutes. Add milk, broth and soup.
- Bring back to boil.
- Saute onion in melted butter.
- Add flour and mix well.
- Add to first mixture. Add Cheez Whiz, salt, pepper and mustard.
- Bring to slow boil and simmer for 45 minutes.
