Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 (3 1/4 oz.) pkg. regular vanilla pudding mix
- 2 Tbsp. grated orange peel
- 2 tsp. grated lemon peel
- 1/4 c. orange juice
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped
Method
- Using only 1 1/2 cups milk, cook pudding according to package directions.
- Cover pudding surface with waxed paper to keep skin from forming; chill.
- Stir peels and juice until well blended. Fold in the whipped cream.
- Makes 6 servings.
