Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 (3 1/4 oz.) pkg. regular vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 Tbsp. grated orange peel
  • 2 tsp. grated lemon peel
  • 1/4 c. orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped

Method

  • Using only 1 1/2 cups milk, cook pudding according to package directions.
  • Cover pudding surface with waxed paper to keep skin from forming; chill.
  • Stir peels and juice until well blended. Fold in the whipped cream.
  • Makes 6 servings.
