Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 4 oz. American cheese, cubed
Method
- Melt butter; add flour.
- Stir until dissolved.
- Add milk, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil.
- Add cheese, stir until smooth.
- Delicious when served with steamed broccoli, asparagus, brussel sprouts, cauliflower or over a baked potato. Enjoy!
