Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. Argo cornstarch
- 1 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 to 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Method
- Mix cornstarch and milk; stir until smooth.
- Add margarine, salt and pepper.
- Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Boil for 1 minute.
- Add Cheddar cheese.
