Ingredients
- 4 to 6 pork chops (1-inch thick)
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 small onion, sliced
Method
- Season pork chops and brown in oil.
- Place onion slices over meat.
- Mix soup and Worcestershire and pour over all.
- Cover and bake 1 hour at 350°.
- Add water occasionally if needed.
- The soup becomes a delicious brown gravy.
