Ingredients
- 3 large baking potatoes, pared
- 6 slices bacon, fried crisp
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 c. sharp American cheese, cubed
- 1/2 c. butter or oleo (small slices)
Method
- Pare and slice potatoes.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Add bacon, onion, cheese and butter.
- Place all ingredients on large piece of foil; seal and place in Pyrex dish.
- Bake approximately 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
