Ingredients
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. butter, melted
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper
- 2 c. Rice Krispies
- pecan halves
Method
- Combine Cheddar cheese, flour, melted butter, salt and red pepper in large bowl; mix well.
- Stir in Rice Krispies.
- Shape into quarter-size circles on lightly greased baking sheet and top with pecan halves or leave plain.
- Bake at 375° for 10 minutes or until slightly brown around edges.
- Yields 60 servings.
