Ingredients
- 1 (9-inch) pie crust
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/3 c. sliced onion
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 1/4 c. light cream or milk
- 4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. tarragon leaves
Method
- Prick pie crust with fork.
- Bake pie crust at 400° for 8 minutes.
- Layer 1/2 spinach, cheese and onion.
- Repeat.
- Combine remaining ingredients; pour over spinach.
- Bake at 450° for 10 minutes.
- Reduce oven to 325° and bake until firm, 20 to 25 minutes.
